One of the most recognizable birds in the United States. The Roadrunner is found through much of the south and westerner states. It is a bird that is not usually seen in flight, and when it does usually flies short distances. We've had resident Roadrunners since we moved in. Caught a series of this one coming in to eat worms on the lawn in April of 2010.
